1. Purpose of This Policy

1.1. This Policy explains the use of cookies, browser localStorage, and similar technologies on the perfectsmile.by website, including analytics services and an embedded map.

1.2. 1.3. A cookie is a small piece of data that a website or third-party service may store in a browser. localStorage is a browser storage mechanism used to remember preferences. Although it is not technically a cookie, it may serve similar purposes.

2. Categories of Technologies

2.1. Essential Technologies

Technical session cookies, login security mechanisms, interface language preferences, and other data necessary for the proper operation of certain features may be used to ensure the functionality of the Website and its restricted administrative area. These technologies are not used for optional advertising profiling.

2.2. Storing Visitor Preferences

3. How to Select and Change Cookie Settings

3.1. During their first visit, users can select either "Essential Only" or "Accept All" through the Website interface. Optional analytics must not be enabled by default.

3.2. Users may subsequently open the "Cookie Settings" option in the Website footer to change their preferences. These settings can be managed without contacting the Clinic.

3.3. If a user withdraws consent to analytics, the Website stops loading optional analytics components and deletes any first-party analytics identifiers accessible to it, subject to browser limitations.

3.4. Visitors may also clear cookies and localStorage through their browser settings, block third-party cookies, or restrict tracking using built-in browser controls. Disabling essential cookies may interfere with the functionality of authenticated features.

3.5. Withdrawal of consent affects future data transfers from the Website. It does not automatically result in the deletion of all statistical data previously transmitted to third-party providers. 4.3. The Website does not require consent to analytics as a condition for booking a dental appointment, submitting a review, or accessing its main content.
